I just received a package that I shipped out in February which was marked Return to Sender – No Mail Receptacle by USPS. How do I bill the customer the cost of shipping to send it out to them again?
This is a custom item so I can’t just refund and resell.
There’s no buyer email listed and when I go to message the buyer, there’s no option for billing them.
