Pan EU storage limits – grouped or per country?

Hi guys,

I’m trying to understand Amazon FBA storage limits for Pan EU. Is it based on a collected total or is it separated per country?

So is there a Pan EU limit of 5000 units, OR France 1000 units, Spain 1000 units, Germany 1000 units etc?
