Patent infringement, can I sell in other countries?

Basically the title. I received a patent infringement for a product I am selling, and multiple other people selling exact and super similar products.
The patent is relatively bogus, and vague compared to my product.
But I don’t have the cash to risk for a lawyer. And the other brand is a fairly big brand.
I just recently ordered a pretty good-sized batch of inventory. The patent listed is a U.S. patent, can I try to sell my products in Canada, Mexico, and or other countries to try and get rid of some of it?
Does anybody have any experience with this?
