So I’m going to be launching a product and I’ve been browsing around skoping out all the competing products of other sellers and I stumbled across one that says PATENTED… My question is with 100 other sellers selling the exact same thing, or they going to be in trouble now or is this patent specific to THEIR specific variation of it??
