PDP FAQs – why don’t they show up?

Hi all, I have two customers asking questions on my listing and I’ve answered both times. But they never showed up on my PDP and what’s more, Amazon answers sent me an email saying that the questions were not answered.

I’ve tried seller support many times and they are completely useless, just kept disconnecting my calls.

Does anyone know the answer here? Thank you so much!!!
