Perfect Launch Clarification

“Perfect Launch applies to all new, buyable products, or ASINs, listed by new sellers in their first 90 days.”

i) Is utilizing the Perfect Launch worth it? Do you see higher sales and product engagement

ii) Can someone clarify the above statement (in bold):

a) does the 90 days apply to a NEW seller (i.e. the benefit is only for a NEW seller for 90 days)

OR

b) does the 90 days apply to a new PRODUCT (i.e. each new product benefits in the first 90 days)
