Please help, I can’t reactivate my account! So frustrating!
TLDR: Amazon is accusing me of having multiple seller accounts when this is not in fact true. The only thing I can think of is that I switched the name of my storefront in the past. When I try to contact Amazon Support, it keeps saying “This is not the right channel and I must reactivate my account in Account Health”. However, Account Health requires me to submit verification that I don’t have multiple accounts. HOW DO I VERIFY SOMETHING THAT I DONT HAVE?
