Please help me, what should I do with this complex situation?
In 2019, I tried to open my first Amazon US seller account, but it was suspended upon opening (they didn’t verified my documents) and I couldn’t activate it.
Due to my lack of knowledge at that time, I tried to open a new US seller account from a virtual server in 2020, but that was also suspended upon opening (they didn’t verified my documents). I received an email requesting an invoice from the last 90 days. Later the same day, I got a related account suspension email, but the name of the related account wasn’t mentioned. I think it was related with the account I tried to open in 2019, but since they didn’t provide any information about the account name, I can’t be sure.
When I log into the Seller Central from the 2020 account (2nd account) and click the activate button, it brings up a screen asking for an invoice. Is my account now suspended for both association and opening? I activated the account I tried to open in 2019, but I don’t know what to do about the other account.
