Please help out here!!

Hello everyone, I applied for brand registry, but then later realised I mixed up the Manufacture agreement files and invoice files so I closed the case to start a new case to apply again as it would get instantly rejected.

Now when I try to click on it and reapply for my trademark, it says “this brand name is under reeviewww” along those lines. I can’t contact Brand registry either as I don’t have a registered brand.

Anyone have any advice please help
