Prep center & Ungating issue ??

I work with a prep center but the problem is when i am gated in a brand i want to ungate but in the bill it shows the address of the prep center but Amazon requires my address in the bill to get me ungated in a brand what can i do ? Can i get ungated in brands using prep center
