Product Authenticity Complaint
Looking for advice from anyone who has dealt with Product Authenticity Complaints.
I received a counterfeit complaint on a well-known branded product. I source directly from the manufacturer as an authorised distributor.
I’ve provided:
- Multiple official invoices issued directly from the manufacturer
- Bank statements confirming payment
- Shipping documentation
- A letter of authorisation
- Direct contact details for my sales representative
ive submitted my appeal multiple times, i think im on submission number 7 now and the rejection reason changes all the time.
This has been ongoing despite sourcing directly from the manufacturer and providing extensive documentation.
Any insight from sellers who’ve been through this would be hugely appreciated.
