Product Authenticity Complaint, just a racist customer…
Logged in today to find a “Product Authenticity Complaint” A customer has reported we’re selling fake/counterfit items. We’ve never had any problems with this item and we’ve sold it for a couple years now.
The complaint from customer, “The back of the packaging has other languages on it, it’s clearly not a UK product“
I wish I were kidding, that’s the complaint, the rear of the packaging for these duracell batteries contains basic instructions in differant languages;
English is listed first, then French, then Italian , etc. etc.
Our only guess is that the customer maybe racist or something?
Now I get to waste some time finding invoices and writing up an “appeal” reply.
I really want to write ” There is nothing we can do to address this complaint as it’s the customer who may have hate in their heart.”
I would but I just know the person skim reading it wouldn’t understand and reject my appeal.
