Product Authenticity issue and amazon support has been bad
Hello everyone, I’ve been facing a challenging situation that’s been quite frustrating with Amazon’s Customer Care department.
About a month ago, I received brand approval for a product from my supplier and began selling it on Amazon.
However, a few days ago, there was a complaint regarding the product’s authenticity, prompting me to submit the invoice and other related details.
Unfortunately, Amazon rejected my invoice, stating the supplier couldn’t be verified, despite having verified this same supplier a month earlier.
The ongoing back-and-forth with customer care has been exasperating, and frankly, their assistance has been rather unhelpful. They’ve requested the supply chain invoice from my supplier, but understandably, due to confidentiality reasons, my supplier can’t share this information.
I’m feeling quite unsupported as a seller on Amazon and it’s becoming increasingly frustrating.
Does anyone have any advice or suggestions on how to handle this situation?
