Product descriptions origins are unclear

Hi everyone,

I’m currently managing a brand on Amazon and facing issues with controlling product listings on our local marketplace. The brand has been around for a while and different people managed its Amazon, so I don’t know who did what.

Although we’re the official brand owner and have access to Brand Registry, the product descriptions, images, and A+ content on our local Amazon marketplace seem to pull content from another marketplace, which we didn’t add or authorize.

We can’t edit titles or create variants, and if we manage to do so, it changes back shortly after to a weird auto translation. Same for images.

We’ve confirmed that there’s another authorized partner selling our products in a different region, but we need to establish control over our local content to prevent auto-translations and content overrides. We’ve also reached out to Amazon support, but are still exploring ways to ensure our marketplace-specific content remains unaffected by external partners.

Has anyone experienced similar issues or have insights on how to restrict content management to one marketplace?
