Product Details Page Removed

I’m trying to list the Dr Pen M8S

I received a GTIN exemption and went through the steps of creating my own product because none of the current ASIN match what I am selling — they all come with extra carts

I get all the way through and it gets published only to be taken down moments later.

How do I fix this so I can list this product? The fact that there are a handful of other sellers with their own ASIN tells me it can be done but I’m at a roadblock
