Product Document Question

I’m trying to get my listing up and am going through some obstacles. I was sent an email that I need to provide some documents for the product. I have a question regarding #6 which says I need to provide an image of the product displaying the model number and brand/manufacturer. The test report documents are going to have the chinese manufacturer company name and not my specific brand name. Will that be a problem? Can I just make a print out of the documents and take a photo of them next to the product?
