Product/ISAN not appearing on search, Amazon won’t help

Hey there! I’m selling my book on Amazon (not published by them, just selling the physical copies I have), but it doesn’t appear on searches in the platform neither by searching its name or by searching its ASIN code. The link to the product works and is buyable, but no search results.

The listing is “active” and Amazon says there’s nothing wrong here. It’s category in the website is correct (already changed it twice within the book categories, still doesn’t make it go into the searches), keywords are correct, there’s no adult content in the description or anything.

I asked them now for a ASIN refresh, but they ask me to download a flat file model and upload it back – I’m on the Brazilian individual plan and we can’t download an inventory file without paying for the Professional plan. What the hell is going on?
