Protecting Items Not Needing Label for FBA Shipping

Hi All, still a relatively new seller. I mostly sell used video games but came across a few new items. I’m shipping 6 items over to Amazon using the FBA process and only 3 out of 6 of the items require a label. Do you guys/gals have a good method of ensure the packing stays in new condition? For my items requiring labels, I’ll often put valuable items in a 6x4x4 box and seal it with tape putting the label and “do not separate” on the outside. Just worried the end customer is going to get a busted/dented box. From my understanding, I can’t put the new item in the box because the UPC won’t be available for them to scan
