Question about MAP Policies and Competing Amazon Sellers
Hi everyone,
I’ve been diligently following Brand MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policies for the past two months. However, despite my efforts, I haven’t been able to make any sales because it seems like half of the sellers on the platform are not following the MAP policies and are listing the product at a lower price.
I’m at a bit of a crossroads here and would appreciate some advice. Should I lower my price to compete with these sellers and try to move my inventory, even though it means violating the MAP policies I’ve been adhering to? Or should I continue to stick to the MAP policies and wait it out, even if it means potentially losing out on sales?
I’m curious to hear from other sellers who have faced similar situations. What are the potential consequences of not following MAP policies? And are there any strategies or recommendations you can share for navigating this kind of scenario?
Thanks in advance for your insights!
