Question regarding deferred transaction payments?

Hi all, I’ve been selling on Amazon FBA for a few months and decided wasnt for it, so I started liquidating and closing my accounts.
I notice there is still a $200 amount of balance in my account but when I check the payment section it says its in deferred transaction, then when I click on the amount it says failed to load payments.
I was wondering what exactly this is and how I should proceed with it, because I want to end my seller account for good, but this is holding me back.
