Questions about using Fedex for premium shipping.
- I no longer get emails when our premium shipping is turned off. Am I alone on this?
- We ship with Fedex and in the past month we have dropped well below the 97% threshold for on time deliveries. 100% of the late items on the defect report was Fedex delivering late and us shipping out on time. Anybody else having issues with Fedex? I talked to my rep and she’s convinced it’s bad addresses and that they are 99% on-time. She’s going to try and back up that claim.
