Recommendations for a Buy Box scraping solution?

Basically I’m looking for a efficient way to check if we (or amazon, because vendor) have the buy box or a third party seller.

I want to check this for hundreds to several thousand ASINs.

I tried ImportFromWeb for Google Sheets and that works fine, a bit slow maybe. But its pretty expensive for the amount of ASINs.

I best option I researched would be the Amazon Selling Partner API, but that seems a bit more complex.

Could Keepa API be a viable option for this (pricing seems much better than ImportFromWeb) or can you recommend other tools that do that well?
