Recovering from multiple account violation with a deleted account?
At some point 2 yr ago had Amazon Pay account to accept payments for e-commerce under some email A.
Above Amazon Pay account gets suspended for non-compliance with sections 2.1 and 9.1.
Appealed, but got permanently suspended in result.
Deleted the above Amazon Pay pay account, and didn’t care about Amazon Pay since.
Many months later created Amazon Seller account to sell on Amazon under some other email B.
Sold some stuff on Amazon, all seemed fine.
Out of nowhere got suspended for multiple accounts violations.
Was confused for a very long time, after many attempts with support was told violation due to previous Amazon Pay account A and that I need to reinstate it before I can reinstate the seller account B.
Contacting with Amazon Pay support attempting to reinstate A, being told that no account exists under A so they cannot help me?!
Looking for advice on how to recover my seller account.
