removal order Uk

I am just spitting my tea and my drama . I have to make a removal order to fix my products (230 units) while I don’t know where to order it since I am not living in UK and with the graphics designers I spoke that they can fix it for me an receive it there ,they asking 600£ and is 80£ more to make the order and 80£ to send it back 🙂 while I literally have no money as I spent all of my money for those products and I received email saying you have to make the removal order in the next 30 days . Not I am having panics attacks but let’s say I am freaking out
