Remove Images on Listing

What is the best way to remove an image from a product detail page when you can’t access the edit function on seller central. Amazon classified the product as a weight loss supplement, which it is not, and we want to edit the detail page to remove an image that could “maybe” be thought to be weightless related by their bots.

Flat file has worked on bullet points but never used them for removing images, if you can do that.
