Replacing a damaged product
I have a customer who has messaged me and informed me that the product they ordered was damaged. No big deal, it’s not a big cost to us, and we want to send him a replacement. Is there a way we can send him another without having to have him click on the replacement option on his end so he doesn’t have to deal with returning the original damaged item? The only option I see is to refund his order.
