Requesting approval to sell item: “Unsupported action Sorry, you took an action that we can’t support. Please go back or go to the home page and take a different action.”

What causes this message and what can I do? I just got my seller account started and I have items to sell, but I need to get them approved and this is the only thing that happens when I request approval.
