Researching how a seller can provide best customer service

I’m researching how I can help a new Amazon seller to make it easier for their prospects and customers to reach the seller’s customer service as directly as possible from their Amazon page.
I already put contact details, such as email and social media but an wondering if there is a more integrated approach.
