Resources for PPC Keyword & Campaign Creation

I’ve been a seller for almost 20 years, but took a break in 2020, and now it looks like a lot has changed with their PPC and campaign options.

I’ve tried running a few campaigns for my niche and unique product, but it hasn’t been working for me.

Can anyone recommend any software or courses that will give me a run down on the best way to advertise my product without paying $3 per click? I know that use of some long tail keywords can help, and I’m looking to explore all my options.

Only interested in legit software/courses/guides that will help me update myself on how to run a successful campaign.
