Restricted Products Violations

I have 8 restricted product removal notifications/restrictions and they’ve been sitting there for over 6 months now. I’ve heard they would disappear within 180 days. I appealed the 1st one then just left them there with no appeal. Also, can I delete listings which have been removed already by Amazon? Account health was not impacted. What should I do?
