“Return badge displayed” – suggestions?
Unfortunately my lead product (a hat) is getting hit extremely hard with people abusing the return policy on Amazon as a result of Halloween shoppers – currently have an abnormally high return rate that directly correlates with orders placed October 23-30th.
Any suggestions on what I can do here, I know it’ll eventually go away on it’s own, but my sales have been severely diminished as of late and I imagine there’s a direct correlation here due to that damn badge. Maybe pleading with customer support? It’s costing me a lot of money due to Halloween shoppers essentially renting my product. Fuckers lmao.
