Safe T claims keep getting denied
Hi, we are getting a lot of refunds due to customers not receiving their items. We are purchasing shipping through Amazon. I have filed Safe t claims and they keep getting denied. I am choosing “other” and putting in the description that tracking shows item is delivered. I have even attached screenshots of the items at the doorstep and tracking history.
Am I doing something wrong? Are these claims I should be getting granted?
