Scanlister Markup Not Working

I scanned in my books per usual. This time though I wanted to start offering free shipping but adding the fees into the product price. I did the base price as 5.00 + markup of 4.68, when I listed the batch to Amazon it shows up with just the base price with no markup. Did I do something wrong? Does this not work the way I thought it would?
