Seeking Advice on Shipping Protein Powder to FBA

Hey fellow Amazon sellers,

I’m relatively new to the game and seeking some guidance on the best way to handle the shipping process for protein powder. I’m purchasing a bulk quantity from a brand in Ohio, and since I don’t have my own warehouse, I’m exploring the most efficient options.

Direct FBA Shipment from Brand:

Has anyone had experience with brands shipping directly to Amazon FBA?

Can they ship it without FNSKU, and then I create the Amazon shipping info to have Amazon prep the products?

Using a Local Prep Center in Ohio:

Considering a prep center in Ohio since the products are from the same state.

Is it a better option to have the brand ship directly to a prep center, and then have the prep center handle labeling and shipping to FBA?
