Seeking Advice – re TRO and possible new scam

Hey there,

Found a possible new scam.

Just wondering how to stop this happening in the future.

I have a lot of listings (60k) – many without images and made years ago (the acc first started 2010)

Images are loaded when the item is made for the first time (ie once it sells)

Each listing has a trademarked manufacture name and legal barcode

Recently a TRO was filed against the account

Someone had changed the brand name of an item – this item was first listed about 7 years ago but had made 0 sales

This listing did not have any images on it

The person added a copyrighted image of a picture

( it was later removed and changed back)

This was screen capped with my seller name against the listing

This was enough to get a TRO against the seller account – money + FBA stock was fully locked.

This has been sorted out, but I want to stop this from ever happening again as it was expensive to hire a trademark attorney and to have the funds in the account frozen also wasted loads of time

Any ideas of how to lock listings or a way to remove you seller id from a product of a listing that has been modified by someone else?
