Seeking Guidance on Listing At Risk of Removal

Fairly new seller on Amazon. I received a notice stating that my listing is at risk of removal due to the item being identified as claiming to be a treatment, cure, or related to diabetes. The unique aspect of this situation is that I observed several other sellers offering what seems to be the same item without similar warnings.

I listed my product under an existing item, and I’ve made sure that the product complies with Amazon’s policies. However, I’m a bit perplexed by the warning and would greatly appreciate any insights or advice from those who might have faced similar situations.
