Seller account deactivated
Amazon message— We discovered information that indicates your Amazon seller account has engaged in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity. Information available to us indicates you have colluded with customers to take advantage of refunds, disbursements, or SAFE-T claims for cash on delivery (COD) orders.
In past 2 months, three customers committed fraud with me by returning fake products and I filed safe t claim for them. Amazon retuned partial amount. Also none of my orders were COD.
