Seller insurance

Just went into my second month as a sell. I get this email from Amazon telling me I need seller insurance. Amazon has a partnership with some company Marsh. I must comply with this within 30 days of getting the email. Anyone have the insight on this? is this scam or something I must have? If so how much are the rates?
