Seller registration stuck after merchant picker

For the past couple months I have tried to register as an amazon seller but I get stuck after the Merchant picker on the ID verification step. It just continuously loads. Any suggestions? I have tried both the website and app and it is the Canadian Amazon.ca I am trying to register for.
