Seller trying to fraudulently remove my offer from “generic” listing using transparency codes

I share a buy box with another seller on a “generic” product that performs very well, as such there’s been some harsh competition and even some blatant threats received from this other seller to try to remove me from the listing however it’s a generic item and there’s never been any grounds for this.

I’ve recently gotten a notification that the listing has been enrolled in transparency codes however after reading the policy for transparency it appears that they can only be used on products with a registered trademark.

The seller has registered a brand name on some of their other products (which I suspect they’ve somehow misused to register this listing for transparency) but this product generic.

How is it possible for them to have enrolled this in transparency and is there anything I could to about this through seller support or any other means?
