Selling e-bikes on Amazon. Anyone have experience or know of there is a way around the required compliance documents?

I am trying to create ebike listings and Amazon is requiring the following:

-A General Certificate of Conformity (GCC) for all e-bikes that you list • Test reports from an ISO 17025 accredited laboratory confirming each product was tested to applicable requirements listed below: 16 CFR Part 1512

I have the test reports by an accredited lab but the lab is in China and accredited through Chinese governing bodies. I also have a Chinese general certificate of conformity. However, amazon is declining these docs. Does every seller on Amazon really have test docs from a US testing lab? Find that hard to believe so exploring ways around this if possible?
