Selling Tiny Items via FBA

I want to sell small items, like stickers and decals, via FBA… but (and I’m a newbie), it looks like the minimum set of fees amazon charges to receive and re-ship each item is far higher than the sale price of the item itself, with doesn’t make sense. What am I missing?

If I want to sell 100 stickers, each one costs me $2 to make, and sell for $4 each… but have to pay $7 in fees for item… WTF?
