Selling unbranded product

Hi everyone,

I’ve managed to find a product where I can make decent profit from alibaba and as a new seller I had a question

1. The product is unbranded however on Amazon the product will have a random name such as for example “EDRIUI” or “DERKJH” And then the listing I’ve managed to find the exact product from a manufacturer with everything being the same if I sell as an offer would I get in trouble or is that fine? The product is ungated
