Sending inventory with Transparency codes to FBA that was purchased from Amazon

I have been approved for listing on SKUs with Transparency codes by providing photographs of the QR codes of units in my possession. I am about to send inventory to FBA.

Most of my inventory was obtained from outside Amazon, but some was obtained from Amazon itself (Amazon as seller). Will Amazon, when scanning those units during FBA checkin, detect that those codes were already scanned as “outgoing” to me, and think that I am sending counterfeits by copying codes from “real” units? Or am I overthinking this, and Amazon doesn’t care whether it has “seen” individual codes before, as long as the codes themselves are valid?
