Set a $300 coupon budget but amazon SPENT MORE THAN $170,000 ???

I find that the actual budget of my coupons significantly exceeds the budget I set by almost 60000%.

The original budget for the coupons I set up was $300, but the actual budget for the coupons was spent over $170,000!

To which, Amazon answered:

– “We take your coupon offline when the budget is 80% utilized and allocate the remaining 20% to cover the redemption customers who have already clipped the coupon.”

– “For budgets under $10000, you might expect a spend overshooting up to 15% of your budget.”

However, my budget was spent more than 60000% compared to the set amount. This has caused a huge impact on our company and made us all devastated.

Have anyone had the same situation like me? How do Amazon usually fix this? Do they make a refund for this?

I need you guys’ experience and advice. HELP!
