Setting UK FBA to France

I used to sell a product FBM from UK to France that was doing okay. I decided to set it up for FBA and sent some stock in.

All booked in and ready to order in UK. Now on the France selling central it shows as 0 in stock.

What do I need to set up to make UK stock available to France?
