sharing my merchant token/Merchant ID and vendor visibility.

A vendor wants me to share my Merchant token with them to ensure I am selling product at or above MSRP. I am hesitant to do so as I am not sure what data they will have access to outside of their own.

they are worldwide reputable company and claim other customers of theirs share without reservation. Being in IT for 2 decades, I have learned not to trust someone’s word but to verify first. I reached out to Amazon but i have not heard back yet from them.

Does anyone here have any insight into Visibility granted by Merchant Tokens/Merchant ID?
