Shipment checked in Aug 29 but not processed
I have a shipment I sent in August, it was checked in Aug 29th and no progress after. They keep changing the date of when it’ll be eligible for investigation. I have a screenshot and ticket open that says it’ll be eligible for investigation after October 10th. Now I go back and it says it’ll be eligible after October 16th. How do I handle this? Amazon support has been horrendous as usual.
