Shipment Time Frame

Hello everyone. I had my first shipment send to Amazon a while ago. It was delivered to Amazon 03/26.

Since then I have not seen any progression for my shipment. I understand it can take 4 days for small parcel delivery and up to 10 days for LTL and FTL to move from delivered to checked in. It has been 18 days and it is still in Delivered status.

Is anyone else experiencing high wait times for their shipments? Is it just the time of the year and they are a little backed up? When should I worry about filing a lost claim?

A little peace of mind would be nice here. Thank you.
