I just got an email from DHL saying I owe them ~$1500 for an order of ~$5700. I already paid ~$600 for shipping.
My last order I paid about $400 for an order of ~$3400. What gives?
Any ideas of what the heck happened here? Wrong HS code? Wrong order value entered?
